Join instructor Ashleigh Price for a 21 day series designed to help you get in the habit of a regular, self-guided yoga practice. Strong habits can be hard to create, and I’ve found it most accomplishable alongside supportive others with similar goals. For that reason, this series will offer daily practice time alongside other dedicated yogis in the community. While day one will impart structure, guidance, and suggestions for how to creatively piece together your own hour long home yoga practices, the remainder days will include a structured 1-hour morning practice time. 1 hour, broken in to 4 segments— meditate, 5m + “themed” open practice, 40m + cool down/closing postures, 10m + savasana, 5m. I will be there to offer guidance and to answer questions as students dive into their own practices. Participants will leave with the habit of a daily practice intact, knowledge & confidence around creating personal home yoga sequences, and with a newfound joy in the empowerment & beauty of a yoga practice catered to what you need each day!
Daily “themes”: Upon closure of each of our daily practices, Ashleigh will offer the practice theme for the next day. Themes will include topics for students to prepare for and explore in their bodies upon arrival to practice the following morning. Examples of “themes” are standing postures, restorative postures, hip centric practice, twisting practice, etc.
