Stephani Jungmeyer

Studio owner

Stephani’s path to owning a yoga studio is a bit unconventional. Her first career was as an attorney. She was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, but soon realized the mental & spiritual benefits it offered. Her experience with yoga was life changing. After practicing law for 15 years, she decided to change careers. She wanted to share the tools of yoga that had been so transformative in her life. Stephani’s vision was to offer others an opportunity to experience & dive deeper into the teachings of yoga…physical, mental & spiritual. Trailside Yoga & Beyond was born from her desire to pass onto others what yoga had given her…tools to navigate life, overcome obstacles & experience personal growth.
